Night Actions

You can use this thread to discuss which night actions you plan to use. Isa is the member of the Mafia who will post the final, confirmed list of actions each night. If Isa dies or becomes unavailable for whatever reason, then this responsibility will defer to Yaya, and then to Yuggy.

The format for the list of night actions should look like this:

Mafia Night Actions - Night 1:

Isa investigates Bmwsu.
Yaya roleblocks Quirvy.
Yuggy abstains.

You do not have to send me a PM on the Interguild; I will go ahead and use the actions confirmed in this list.

Right, for fake claiming reasons, it would be best if I janitor as much as possible, which is every other night. So I will janitor tonight probably. Who should we kill?

I agree that you should janitor someone, it also withholds information from the town which is a big help for us.

I do not think that anyone of us is at great danger of being investigated today, and hopefully you will not be tracked, Yuggy. I plan to rolecop someone - if we find a cop or doc, it'll be helpful, and if we don't...at least we know who we shouldn't kill.

I feel super comfortable - I do not have any preference for a kill tonight. Yuggy and Yaya, I'd like to have your input - who do you see as the biggest threat?

I should also mention this: I personally want to preserve Shavey Dave, Jellsprout and Silver tonight. Silver and Shavey Dave will make for excellent mislynches. Jellsprout, I can put some flak on for voting Jazz "for a lynch" when we had two wagons with three votes on each.

How do you think about a shos kill? He has shown suspicions towards Yaya and is a wild card in terms of voting.
I'm also considering investigating Thomas tonight.

If I choose to kill tonight (I could roleblock instead), I'd prefer we go after a member who actually has a good chance of figuring us out, so probably either Shos, Thomas or Harumbai. And the more staff we kill, the less unified the town will become. If a staff member puts a case against someone, it'll almost always gain more support.

Thing is, the more staff we kill, the more suspicious my survival is >_> But yeah. I *think* I am fine from cop investigations this night - hopefully most of them will go on Silver or Shavey Dave. Nobody of us has had any votes outside of the RVS.

Yaya, you have an infinite number of roleblocks, so you should use one just in case - I'd prefer if it was done on Thomas.

Yuggy, what's your thoughts on tonight's kill?

I think shos would be a good choice, we should definitely kill someone more likely to figure us out. I think we should go with what you said, it seems good.

Isa's investigation was successful. Jellsprout is The IT Guy, a member of the Neopets Team.
Yaya's roleblock was successful.
Yuggy's janitor was successful. Shos was The Supervisor, a member of the Neopets Team:

It's your job to keep an eye on your coworkers and make sure everybody is doing what they're supposed to be doing. That means no fooling around, no slacking off, and definitely, definitely no killing each other. Every night you may choose to sternly reprimand a player of your choice, preventing them from performing a night action.

Yes, you're not the first to tell me that. =p I made it a bit longer in case I needed the extra time to get CSD's replacement set up, since Darvince wouldn't reply to my PM. Luckily, Kooler was more forthcoming.

Awesome, we got the roleblocker.
I hoped for a bit more information from my investigation though, not just the name and alignment. Knowing this, I'll probably use my other ability the following nights as I seem fit.

If ANYONE of us is forced to claim day 2, claim Shos exact role - Supervisor, Roleblocker - and that you roleblocked one of us. We cannot claim to have roleblocked anyone else at this point in time because if we're unlucky, that person can have used an ability overnight and didn't get a Roleblock result.
Also, if someone of us states that he has roleblocked another one of us, that person should try to avoid confirming or denying that information, but if REALLY hard pressed for it, should state that he actually did get roleblocked. DO NOT fullclaim any role.

I'm gonna use this moment before the new day starts to talk. =p

It is also OK to say that you roleblocked Thomas. However, you need to have solid reasoning for it.

I know that if I am forced to claim (for some odd reason...) today, I'll claim to have roleblocked Yaya. Yaya, either claim to have roleblocked Thomas or me - this is where I believe you've voiced your suspicions. Yuggy, you've been silent, so you can go with most claims here.

Also, a side note - there was at least 3 roleblocks at the start of day 1 - two town ones, both dead, and Yaya.

Hooray?!?! That's half our troubles. It'll be nice if we can get the detective to come out in the open D2.

Yuggy, you came off as suspect during yesterday, so I will use my ability on you to make you seem town-aligned during investigations. Yaya can apparently use his roleblock at the same time as he kills someone.

Here's some information from day 2:
Soccer claimed an unusual role - he's therefore not a Cop or anything like that and is probably more like Kooler. Therefore we don't waste anything on him.
Thomas did not react to our roleblock. We don't know what this means for certain, but it's noteworthy that we only had our own kill tonight. I think he might be a Vigilante or SK, and if he is, he'll probably shoot Shavey Dave tonight. He hinted at being a powerful role on page 10 ("Because if I claim, we'll need more time to organize another lynch."), so it's a gamble.
I think we can let him free and see if he is the SK or Vigilante like I think he is (I'm reserving judgment until I know whether Yaya's informed when he's no longer Bulletproof). If he is the cop, he'll probably investigate Shavey Dave, which isn't ALL that bad. Yuggy will be in a tight spot, however...in fact he'll be regardless, so it's eh. I'll push the "Not the time to lynch lurkers"-angle.
Silver obviously stated her real role so she goes free from any actions tonight. People are still not entirely sure how to handle her which is good.
Snipereborn said he wasn't sure if there were any weak PR's around. This implies that he has a strong one.

Therefore I suggest that Yaya roleblocks Snipereborn and kills Harumbai, while I give Yuggy my protection. Yuggy abstains since he can't do anything.
